Requirements are as follows:

$70 Application Fee (non-refundable)
ServSafe Food Handlers Certification (we can direct you on how to go about obtaining this if you do not have it yet)
Liability Insurance ($1,000,000.00 Policy) (we can direct you on how to obtain this also)
Permits (Hazelwood requirement)
Business License (Hazelwood requirement)

Chef Yo’s Shared Space will be open 24 hrs per day and will operate within St Louis County&City Health Department Guidelines. Each Business Owner Caterer/Food Truck must pass a health inspection.

We will offer one main kitchen with full amenities and one main dish area for proper cleaning and storage.
There will be 3-4 separate prep areas where you can spread out and have your own work area.
Video surveillance will be on-site 24hrs along with your own code to enter and go as you like.

We will offer hourly rates that must be booked online at a rate of $18.00/hr, or you can sign a 1-year contract for up to 60hrs per month for $425.00/monthly.

You will be assigned your own storage area, and you will need to provide your own Refrigerator. We will have cooking utensils available, but you are welcome to bring whatever else you may need.
